Eating junk food, fatty food and other advantage foods will result in a feeling of lethargy, tiredness, depression and bad skin tone just to name a few. Simple changes to make would be preventing too much red meat, high fat foods and high calorie foods instead substituting this with high fibre low fat food.

I think health is our real wealth. We should take care of our health like do exercise and yoga, eat nutritious food and eat more fruits, green vegetables, drink more water, live social life, avoid stress, junk food, nicotine and so on.
There are some best health tips. Eat fresh vegetables and fruits which are rich in proteins, vitamins and antioxidants. Go for morning walk do exercise such as running, weight infighting and swimming. Avoid smoking and drink alcohol. Do not eat sugary and spicy food. Drink herbal tea and avoid soda or soft drinks.
People are believe in health, now a days people are health conscious. These are all my favourite tips to be a healthy:
